我国汽车工业正处在快速发展时期,随着汽车产品发展的需要,对材料的要求也愈来愈高,很多高熔点、高强度、高硬度、高脆性等新材料不断出现,例如,对硬质合金、耐热钢、不锈钢、陶瓷、金刚石、锗、硅等材料的加工,若用传统的切削方法已不能满足要求,因而出现了特种加工技术。特种加工技术是指非传统的加工方法,它不使用普通刀具来切削工件,而是直接利用能量来进行加工。本文结合当前汽车制造业的现状与发展,深入阐述特种加工技术在汽车制造业上的作用与潜力。
China’s automobile industry is in a period of rapid development. With the development of automobile products, the requirements for materials are also getting higher and higher. Many new materials with high melting point, high strength, high hardness and high brittleness continue to emerge. For example, Metals, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, ceramics, diamond, germanium, silicon and other materials processing, if the traditional cutting methods can not meet the requirements, resulting in special processing technology. Special processing technology refers to the non-traditional processing methods, it does not use ordinary tools to cut the workpiece, but the direct use of energy for processing. In this paper, the status quo and development of the current automobile manufacturing industry, in-depth elaboration of the special processing technology in the automotive industry’s role and potential.
