中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是在中国近现代发展史上、特别是在人民民主革命的斗争历程中,逐步形成的,是符合中国国情的,而且从实践上来检验,对中国的生产力发展、对中国的社会进步和政治稳定、对中国扩大社会主义民主,都起到了积极的作用。我非常赞同这种观点,确实是如此。但是,我感到这是从中国的历史、中国的国情、中国的实际来谈中国的政党制度是必然的,合理的,优越的。我想能不能再换一个角度或者说再换一个高度,从社会发展史当中、从世界政治史和世界政党制度史发展过程当中,来审视中国的政党制度。我认为,中国的政
The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the Chinese Communist Party has gradually taken shape in the course of the modern and contemporary Chinese history of development, especially during the course of the struggle for the people’s democratic revolution. It is in keeping with China’s national conditions and is also tested in practice. Development, social progress and political stability in China have played a positive role in expanding socialist democracy in China. I very much agree with this view, it is true. However, I feel this is based on the history of China, China’s national conditions, and the reality of China. To talk about China’s party system is inevitable, reasonable and superior. I would like to see if we can go from one angle or another to another. From the history of social development, we should examine the party system in China from the historical development of world political history and world political system history.
