目的 :明确水通道AQP2在正常大鼠肾脏的表达情况。方法 :采用免疫组化及RT PCR方法检测AQP2蛋白及其mRNA水平的表达。结果 :表明AQP2仅在大鼠集合管表达 ,肾脏其它部位无表达 ,其它组织器官亦无表达。结论 :集合管是肾脏唯一将钙和水代谢机制联系起来的部位 ,推测此部位信号传导异常可能导致结石形成。
Objective: To clarify the expression of aquaporin AQP2 in normal rat kidneys. Methods: The expression of AQP2 protein and its mRNA was detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. Results: The results showed that AQP2 was only expressed in the collecting duct of rats, but not in other parts of the kidney, and no expression in other tissues and organs. CONCLUSION: The collecting duct is the only part of the kidney that associates calcium with water metabolism. It is speculated that this part of the signal transduction abnormalities may lead to the formation of stones.
