工程项目成本控制及管理是水电施工企业可持续发展的核心,是项目管理成败的关键,在满足合同要求的前提下,如何进行项目成本控制及管理,实现项目利润最大化,是项目管理自始至终的主题。结合三峡左岸电站机电安装工程项目成本控制及管理的实践,对机电安装工程项目成本控制及管理作了一定的探索,也对成本管理的一些经验和教训作了简明的分析和总结。
Project cost control and management is the core of sustainable development of hydropower construction enterprises, the key to the success or failure of project management. Under the premise of meeting the contract requirements, how to control and manage the project costs and maximize the profits of the project is the project management from start to finish theme. Combined with the practice of cost control and management of electromechanical installation project of the Left Bank Power Station of the Three Gorges Project, this paper makes some exploration on the cost control and management of electromechanical installation project, and also makes a brief analysis and summary of some experiences and lessons of cost management.
