研究了由硝酸铝和柠檬酸组成磷酸盐的特效螯溶剂,当溶解羟磷灰石伴生碳酸盐时的同步螯溶反应机理。控制螯溶待测液中柠檬酸溶液的极限浓度,防止差示光度法中钼黄显色的抑制影响;应用盐酸系统钒钼酸铵显色剂,避免氯离子对钼黄显色的干扰;钙、氯离子对钼黄显色的干扰由柠檬酸根螯合、铝离子配合作用以消除。结果表明,高磷试样的差示比色测定的绝对误差小于034%;低磷试样的普通比色测定的绝对误差小于015%。
The effect of the synchronous chelation reaction when dissolving the hydroxyapatite associated carbonate was investigated as a special effect chelating agent consisting of phosphate nitrate with aluminum nitrate and citric acid.
