采用烯丙基聚乙氧基醚(APEO3、APEO4、APEO5,相对分子质量分别为300、400、500)封端后制备的大分子单体烯丙基聚乙氧基醚硫酸铵(APES3,APES4,APES5)和烯丙基聚乙氧基醚羧酸钠(APEC3,APEC4,APEC5)为原料,分别与小分子单体马来酸酐共聚形成系列无磷聚合物(S3、S4、S5、C3、C4、C5),并用静态阻垢评定法和透光率法对聚合物进行了阻磷酸钙垢和分散氧化铁能力的测定。结果表明,烯丙基聚乙氧基醚的相对分子质量对聚合物性能只有较小程度的影响,聚合物S与C系列都可充当良好的阻磷酸钙垢和分散氧化铁水处理剂,但无磷无氮无硫的C系列比无磷有氮有硫的S系列阻磷酸钙垢性能优良。新产品的开发可对开辟或拓宽烯丙基聚乙氧基醚的应用领域提供了有益的参考,并为在循环冷却水系统中阻磷酸钙垢提供了一系列的高效无磷新型阻垢剂。
The macromonomer allyl polyethoxylated ether ammonium sulfate (APES3, APES4, APE4, APES4, APES4, APES4, APES4 , APES5) and allylpolyethoxy ether carboxylate (APEC3, APEC4, APEC5) as the raw materials, respectively, with a small molecule of maleic anhydride to form a series of non-phosphorus polymer (S3, S4, S5, C4, C5) were prepared. The polymers were tested for calcium phosphate scale inhibition and dispersion of iron oxide by static scale assessment and light transmittance method. The results show that the relative molecular mass of allyl polyethoxylate has only a minor effect on the properties of polymers. Polymer S and C series can both act as good calcium phosphate scale-inhibiting and dispersive iron oxide water treatment agents, however, The phosphorus-free, nitrogen-free and sulfur-free C series is superior to the S-series calcium phosphate scale, which is free of phosphorus, nitrogen and sulfur. The development of new products provides a useful reference for opening up or broadening the application fields of allyl polyethoxylate ethers and provides a series of new and effective phosphorus-free scale inhibitors for calcium phosphate scale inhibition in circulating cooling water systems .
