政府绩效是政府在社会管理活动中的结果、效率等,政府绩效评估的指标复杂多样,需要因地制宜。我国西北少数民族地区具有多民族、多文化、历史上民族关系复杂等特点,所以在确定西北少数民族地区政府绩效评估的指标时,需要因地制宜,根据相应特色制定特殊指标。
Government performance is the result of the government in social management activities, efficiency, etc. The indexes of government performance evaluation are complex and diverse and need to be adapted to local conditions. The ethnic minority areas in northwestern China have the features of multi-ethnicity, multi-culture and complicated ethnic relations in history. Therefore, in determining the indicators of government performance evaluation in northwest ethnic minority areas, special measures need to be formulated according to local conditions and corresponding characteristics.
