在2000年全国冶金工业会议上,国家冶金局提出了2000年钢铁行业经济运行的主要目标。(1)控制总量:钢产量不超过11000万ｔ,钢材产量10000万ｔ。钢产量比1999年减少1200万ｔ,其中关闭小钢铁企业可减少产量500万ｔ,淘汰落后生产设备压缩150万ｔ,压长增短可减少550万ｔ。(2)进出口:
At the 2000 National Metallurgical Industry Conference, the National Metallurgical Bureau proposed the main goal of economic operation of the steel industry in 2000. (1) The total amount of control: the output of steel does not exceed 110 million tons and the output of steel products is 100 million tons.
