当前,国内的火力发电厂锅炉主机,其鼓风机和引风机所采用的调速方式大部分是变频调速。鉴于变频调速在发电厂生产运行中所出现的问题,尤其是电气故障的经常性和不确定性,给各发电厂带来的生产上的隐患,直接影响了生产的连续性、稳定性以及可靠性,也给电厂带来了很大的经济损失。这种损失通常是因为系统故障时,发电机组减负荷发电以及为保证不停炉而使用大量柴油所造成的。而采用大功率调速型磁力耦合器调速方案取代目前的变频器调速方案,则可获得使用变频器调速方案所无可比拟的绝对优势。本文笔者就火力发电厂最为关心的以下四个方面来进行分析比较。
