母亲承担着养育子女的重大社会责任。而本文主要是初步地探讨母亲对子代职业流动的影响。从一些资料浅显分析了母亲的受教育程度和职业对子代职业流动的影响,结果显示,母亲的受教育程度不同的大学生在职业世界知识方面存在显著差异,母亲的文化程度越高,学生的职业世界知识,如个体对求职市场的知识岗位知识以及面试技巧等方面的知识就越丰富。母亲的职业和家庭气氛对中学生动机策略有显著影响。
Mother undertakes major social responsibility to raise children. This article mainly explores the impact of mothers on the career flow of children. Based on some data, the author analyzes the influence of maternal education and occupation on the career mobility of offspring.
