甲硝唑是妇产科常用的抗滴虫药物,近年已广泛用于厌氧菌感染治疗。根据此药:怀孕3个月以内的孕妇忌用此药。我科应用甲硝唑 G 配合中药治疗宫外孕10例,成功8例,成功率达80.0%,比单一应用中药保守治疗宫外孕效果显著。资料方法1.临床情况共17例病人,均有停经、腹痛、阴道流血等临床症状和体征,尿乳胶试验±～+,B 超诊断为宫外孕,无活动性内出血及休克者。按
