以盐酸左氧氟沙星为目标分子,邻苯二胺和间苯二酚为功能单体,采用循环伏安(CV)法,在玻碳电极表面成功制备了盐酸左氧氟沙星分子印迹聚合膜传感器。采用差分脉冲伏安(DPV)法和CV法考察了所制传感器的性能。峰电流在1.0×10-9~3.8×10-7 mol/L范围内与浓度的线性关系良好,检测限为8.2×10-10 mol/L。
Levofloxacin hydrochloride as the target molecule, o-phenylenediamine and resorcinol were used as functional monomers. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to prepare levofloxacin hydrochloride molecularly imprinted polymer membrane sensor on the surface of glassy carbon electrode. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) method and CV method were used to investigate the performance of the sensor. The peak current has a good linear relationship with the concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10-9 ~ 3.8 × 10-7 mol / L with the detection limit of 8.2 × 10-10 mol / L.
