日前,农业部与卫生部联合发布了食品安全国家标准《食品中农药最大残留限量》。该标准将成为我国监管食品中农药残留的唯一强制性国家标准,标志着我国《食品安全法》和《农产品质量安全法》实施以来,农药残留标准制修订工作取得了重大突破,有效解决了之前农药残留标准并存、交叉、老化等问题,实现了我国食品中农药残留标准的合并统一。新发布的《食品中农药最大残留限量标准》将于2013年3月1日起实施,此前涉及食品中农药最大残留限量的6项国家标准和10项农业行业标准将同时废止。新标准制定了322种农药在10大类农产品和食品中的2293个残留限量,基本涵盖了我国居民日常消费的主要农产
Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health jointly issued the national food safety standards “maximum residue of pesticides in food”. This standard will become the only mandatory national standard for regulating pesticide residues in food in China. It marks a major breakthrough in the revision of standard pesticide residues since the implementation of the “Food Safety Law” and the “Law on the Quality and Safety of Farm Products” in China, The coexistence of pesticide residue standards, cross-cutting, aging and other issues, to achieve the combination of pesticide residues in food standards. The newly released “Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food” will come into effect on March 1, 2013. Six national standards and 10 agricultural industry standards that previously covered the maximum residue limits for pesticides in food will be repealed at the same time. The new standard sets a limit of 2293 residues of 322 pesticides in 10 categories of agricultural products and foodstuffs and basically covers the main agricultural products consumed by our residents in their daily consumption
