以某高寒地区混凝土冬期施工为例,通过前期理论计算,分析了商品混凝土在严寒天气下从拌制、运输到现场浇筑时入模温度,并根据混凝土施工及养护温度的需要,确定了保温棚尺寸、热源能量及加热保温器具数量和点位配置方式,解决了传统施工方法能源浪费严重、暖棚内温度变化大、养护条件不达标等问题。
Taking winter concrete construction in an alpine area as an example, through the pre-theoretical calculation, the mold-in temperature of commercial concrete during pouring from confectionery to transportation was analyzed in cold weather. According to the requirement of concrete construction and curing temperature, Size, heat energy and the number of heating and insulation devices and point configuration, to solve the traditional construction methods serious energy waste, temperature changes in the greenhouse, maintenance of non-compliance and other issues.
