观察了急性铁和乙醇中毒对大鼠睾丸组织氧化和抗氧化系统的影响以及补充维生素E(VE)的保护作用。结果显示:急性铁中毒可以引起铁在睾丸组织明显蓄积,而乙醇可加剧此作用。与对照组比较,急性铁中毒组、急性铁和乙醇中毒组,睾丸组织中铁含量分别增加6.8和9.1倍。随着睾丸组织中铁含量的增加,组织中脂质过氧化产物(2-thiobarbituricacid-rectivesubstances,TBARS)含量明显增加,脂溶性抗氧化维生素VE含量明显减少。急性铁和乙醇中毒未见对抗氧化酶有明显影响。结果提示:铁在乙醇所致的睾丸组织脂质过氧化反应中起十分重要的作用,与长期饮酒导致男(雄)性生育能力下降甚至不育可能有关系。
The effects of acute iron and alcohol poisoning on the oxidative and anti-oxidative system in rat testis and the protective effect of vitamin E (VE) were observed. The results showed that: acute iron poisoning can cause significant accumulation of iron in the testicular tissue, and ethanol can exacerbate this effect. Compared with the control group, the content of iron in acute iron poisoning group, acute iron and alcoholism group and testicular tissue increased 6.8 and 9.1 times respectively. With the increase of iron content in testis tissue, the content of 2-thiobarbituric acid-rectivesubstances (TBARS) in the tissues increased obviously and the content of fat-soluble antioxidant vitamin VE decreased obviously. No acute iron and alcohol poisoning had a significant effect on antioxidant enzymes. The results suggest that iron plays a very important role in the lipid peroxidation of testicular tissue induced by ethanol, which may be related to the decline of male or male fertility and even infertility caused by long-term alcohol consumption.
