目的探讨地佐辛在无痛人工流产术中的应用效果。方法拟行人工流产术早孕妇女150例,随机分为3组,每组50例。P组用丙泊酚麻醉,F组用芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,D组用地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉。观察患者生命体征,记录麻醉诱导时间、麻醉苏醒时间、丙泊酚总用量、术中体动次数、术后下腹疼痛程度。结果 D组的生命体征最平稳,F组的呼吸抑制强于P组和D组(均P<0.05),P组的丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、体动次数均多于其他两组(均P<0.05),术后镇痛方面D组优于其他两组(均P<0.05)。结论地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉用于无痛人工流产术,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine in painless artificial abortion. Methods 150 cases of abortion early pregnancy women were randomly divided into 3 groups, 50 cases in each group. P group with propofol anesthesia, F group with fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia, D group with dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia. The vital signs of the patients were observed. The time of induction of anesthesia, the time of anesthesia recovery, the total dosage of propofol, the number of physical exercises during operation and the degree of abdominal pain after operation were recorded. Results The vital signs in group D were the most stable, and the respiratory depression in group F was stronger than those in group P and group D (all P <0.05). The dosage of propofol, the recovery time and the frequency of body movement in group P were more than those in other two groups P <0.05). Postoperative analgesia was better in group D than in other two groups (all P <0.05). Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia for painless artificial abortion, safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
