随着《反垄断法》的出台,反垄断法承诺制度受到了越来越多人的重视。垄断的危害众所周知,这也是经济正常发展的阻碍。所以,为了促进社会公平,为了促进我国经济的发展,国家对于反垄断法承诺制度进行了修改与完善,从而进一步对反垄断法承诺制度进行严格的规定,从而促进社会公平,实现社会经济的发展。反垄断法承诺制度的完善进一步改善了发展所存在的矛盾,同时也更加促进我国经济发展的合理性和科学性。本文通过反垄断法承诺制度的研究,对反垄断法承诺制度的理论进行了分析,并且对反垄断法承诺制度存在的原因进行了探讨并且由此,也找出了反垄断法承诺制度存在的不足,根据存在的不足提出了晚上反垄断法承诺制度的建议,这样就更加完善了我国反垄断法承诺制度的理论框架,也为解决一些发展矛盾奠定了基础。

Through the study of the system of commitment to antitrust law, this article analyzes the theory of the system of antitrust law commitment, and discusses the reasons for the existence of the system of antitrust law commitment, and thus also finds out the existence of the system of commitment to antitrust law According to the existing problems, this article puts forward the proposal of night antitrust law commitment system, which further improves the theoretical framework of China’s antitrust law commitment system and lays the foundation for solving some development contradictions.
