成人高等教育为终生学习体系的建立作出了重要贡献,然而,近年来成人高等教育在发展的过程中也存在着一些问题,成人函授生的到课率普遍较低便是其中很突出的一个问题。通过调查和访谈,分析了影响函授生到课率的原因,以及有效提高函授生到课率的对策:改革教学内容,改进教学方法,加强形成性考核、以考促学,注重校内外的管理监控。
Adult higher education has made an important contribution to the establishment of a lifelong learning system. However, there are still some problems in the process of the development of adult higher education in recent years. One of the most prominent problems is the low attendance rate of adult correspondence students . Through investigating and interviewing, this paper analyzes the reasons for the influence of students ’attendance rate and the measures to improve the students’ attendance rate effectively: reforming teaching contents, improving teaching methods, strengthening formative assessment, examing students and focusing on management inside and outside the school monitor.
