本文针对危险品安全管理,把其分类为危险化学品重大危险源的风险评价、危险化学品主要政策法规、危险化学品废物的管理对策四个方面进行了详细的阐述。内容讲述了不同国家不同阶段对危险化学品管理的采取的手段与措施。并时刻强调,由于各国国情不同,我国不能盲目模仿,需要结合自身实际国情对别国优秀之处借鉴与参考,这样才能制定出适合我国的危险化学品安全管理方法。
In this paper, the safety management of dangerous goods, its classification as a major hazard of dangerous chemicals risk assessment, the main policies and regulations of hazardous chemicals, hazardous chemical waste management measures in four aspects were described in detail. Content describes the different stages of different countries on the management of hazardous chemicals to take the means and measures. At the same time, we must always emphasize that due to the different national conditions of different countries, our country can not imitate blindly and need to learn from and reference other countries’ excellent places in light of their own actual conditions so as to formulate a method for the safety management of hazardous chemicals suitable for our country.
