本文提出采用离子交换和液·液萃取联合的工艺来富集和分离铂族金属(PGM)。先用HCl/ Cl_2特PGM金属溶解,然后通过发生特殊吸附作用的异硫脲阴离子交换树脂。硫脲淋洗的树脂淋洗液转变为氯化物络合物。用Alamine-336进一步水解,为液·液萃取段提供水相料液。铂和钯极易被萃取,而其他绝大部分PGM留在水相。如果贱金属不超过PGM离子的浓度,则可单独用液·液萃取。用硫脲选择性地反萃钯、用硫氰酸盐反萃铂,使铂与钯分离。本文讨论了所有步骤的萃取化学,并提供实验规模的结果。
In this paper, PGM is enriched and separated by the combination of ion exchange and liquid-liquid extraction. First with HCl / Cl_2 special PGM metal dissolved, and then through a special adsorption of isothiourea anion exchange resin. Thiourea rinsed resin eluents are converted to chloride complexes. Further hydrolysis with Alamine-336 provided the aqueous phase feed for the liquid-liquid extraction section. Platinum and palladium can be easily extracted, while most other PGMs remain in the water phase. If the base metal does not exceed the PGM ion concentration, it can be separately extracted with liquid and liquid. Palladium is selectively stripped with thiourea and platinum is stripped with thiocyanate to separate platinum from palladium. This article discusses the extraction chemistry for all steps and provides experimental scale results.
