为了寻找桡神经浅支单一支配的虎口区感觉最敏感点,即2PD最小处,并确定其正常值范围,以50个健康成年人为对象,测量虎口区中心点、拇指点、食指点、近点的静止2PD和移动2PD。结果发现静态下统计学上中心点在所测各点中最为敏感,而食指点、拇指点、近点的2PD间无统计学差异。动态下食指点与其他三点均无差异,而中心点2PD在统计学上低于拇指点、近点。此研究表明虎口区中心点感觉最敏感,其静止2PD为0.85±0.44cm,95%的上限参考值为1.65cm,移动2PD为0.64±0.40cm,95%的上限参考值为1.28cm。本文结果为临床评判损伤的桡神经恢复速度、时间和极限提供了有实际意义的方法。
In order to find the most sensitive point of the predominant feral region of the radial nerve, which is the 2PD minimum, and to determine its normal range, 50 healthy adults as the object, measuring the center point of the tiger’s mouth area, thumb, index finger, near point Still 2PD and Mobile 2PD. The results showed that in the static state, the statistical center was the most sensitive among all the measured points, but there was no significant difference between the 2PD index points, the thumb point and the near point. Dynamic index fingering and other three points were no difference, while the center 2PD statistically lower than the thumb point, near point. This study showed that the central point of the tiger’s mouth felt the most sensitive with a resting 2PD of 0.85 ± 0.44 cm, a 95% upper limit reference value of 1.65 cm, a 2PD of 0.64 ± 0.40 cm movement, and a 95% upper limit reference value of 1.28 cm. Our results provide a practical method for the clinical evaluation of the speed, time and limit of radial nerve injury.
