原发肝细胞肝癌(HCC)极易侵犯肝脏静脉系统。并发门静脉主干癌栓被视为病情晚期的标志和外科治疗的禁忌,预后极差。本文结合我院近年诊治的13例晚期肝癌,就门静脉主干癌栓的诊断和治疗讨论如下。
Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) can easily invade the hepatic venous system. Concomitant portal vein cancer thrombi are considered to be a sign of advanced disease and are contraindicated for surgical treatment and have a poor prognosis. In this paper, 13 cases of advanced liver cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital in recent years, the diagnosis and treatment of portal vein cancer thrombus are discussed as follows.
