政务公开作为我国行政管理体制改革发展的新生事物,正在不断地完善。他的出现和发展是社会主义市场经济发展的内在要求。政务公开体现了现代行政民主发展的方向;反腐倡廉的根本要求;公开、公平的行政价值;有序开放的现代行政管理趋势。这是实现行政管理民主化的重要途径,是我国行政民主发展的必然选择。
As a new thing in the reform and development of China’s administrative management system, government affairs is constantly being perfected. His emergence and development are the inherent requirements of the development of the socialist market economy.
