改革开放30年以来,上虞市一直来高度重视非公有制党的建设工作,非公企业党建工作确实对促进国民经济起到了积极的作用,特别是在教育引导职工群众爱岗敬业、促进企业生产经营上起到了极其重要的作用。同时,在新形势下也出现了许多新情况、新问题,笔者通过总结调分析上虞市的非公企业党建工作情况,对今后的做法和发展对策提出几点意见建议:一是要扩大党在非公企业党建覆盖面,满足企业主和员工的利益及情感诉求;二是发挥全盘活络的激励作用,建立健全非公企业党建工作保障机制;三是树立城乡党建统筹发展理念,重视流动人员中的党员发展和教育管理:四是建立网络党务工作服务平台,实现党员管理和教育信息服务共享对接;五是优化企业党务工作者队伍结构,加大企业大学生党员培养和激励力度等。
