基于工作过程的课程体建设是高等职业院校教育教学改革的主要方向和重要手段。我们仅从酒店管理专业的职业特点入手,对这个专业基于工作过程课程体系的设计原则和设计思路提出了一些建议和设想,对于逐步实现酒店管理专业教学做一体化教学模式,具有一定的现实意义。
Curriculum body construction based on work process is the main direction and important means of education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
