目的为提高住院患者的用药安全,减少与临床相关的给药错误,从而提高患者用药安全。方法病区药房开展针剂单剂量的药物配发系统。结果提高住院患者用药及时性,促进全面的药品监控和用药监督,间接提高治愈率和好转率,保证患者用药安全;提高病区备用药品的质量和安全;减少病区剩余针剂药品,降低病区药品的不安全风险;缩短护士摆药调配药品时间,提高护理人员的满意程度;提升了我院的品牌,带来更好的经济效益与社会效益。结论针剂UDDS对保障药品质量,提高药师、护士的工作效率具有重大意义,值得在医院药房管理中推广应用。
