背景:经皮激光椎间盘减压术(percutaneouslaserdiskdecompression,PLDD)是近年来开展的治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新介入疗法。它的穿刺路径常采用后外侧穿刺路径。过去使用应用解剖方法研究穿刺路径,而从薄层断面解剖与CT断面解剖对腰神经根在椎间隙平面的行程和三角工作区进行观测的报告较少。目的:阐明腰神经根在薄层断面和CT断面上椎间行程及周围结构的毗邻关系,为经皮激光椎间盘减压术的穿刺路径提供解剖学依据。设计:以尸体和正常人为研究对象,观察性研究。单位:一所军医大学医院的放射科和一所军医大学解剖学教研室。对象:2002-10在解放军第三军医大学基础医学部人体解剖学教研室(计算医学研究室)完成中国首例可视化人体的采集。2000-01/03在解放军第三军医大学西南医院放射科对无明确椎体和椎间盘疾患及邻近器官无器质性病变的53例检查者进行CT检查和测量。干预:选取的中国首例可视化人体腰神经根在椎间隙平面的行程进行描述性观察。对53例正常人CT检查者的腰神经椎间的走行、形态、大小、周围结构和穿刺线与腰神经的距离进行观察和测量。主要观察指标:描述中国首例可视化人体和正常人腰神经根在椎间隙平面的行程。测量腰神经椎间的长度、宽度和穿刺线与腰神经的距离。结果:中国首例可视化人体腰椎间
Background: Percutaneous laser disc decompression (PLDD) is a new interventional therapy for lumbar disc herniation in recent years. It’s puncture path often used after the lateral puncture path. In the past, applied anatomical methods were used to study the puncture pathways. However, there are few reports of thin-section anatomy and CT anatomy on the lumbar nerve root in the intervertebral space and the triangular working area. OBJECTIVE: To elucidate the adjacent relationship between the lumbar nerve root and the surrounding structures in the thin section and the CT section, and to provide anatomic evidence for the puncture path of percutaneous laser disc decompression. Design: The body and normal subjects, observational studies. Unit: Department of Radiology, a Military Medical University Hospital and a Military Medical University Department of Anatomy. Subject: 2002-10 Completed the first visual human body acquisition in China in Department of Human Anatomy, Department of Basic Medical Sciences, Third Military Medical University of PLA (computational medicine laboratory). 2000-01 / 03 Department of Radiology, Southwest Hospital, Third Military Medical University People’s Liberation Army CT examination and measurement were performed on 53 patients who did not have definite vertebral and intervertebral disc disease and no organic disease in their adjacent organs.
