柚与葡萄柚杂交品种‘Oroblanco’嫁接在‘Swingle’枳柚砧木(葡萄柚)上.将含有0.1%GA_3的羊毛脂施用于二年生的‘Oroblanco’以促进旺盛生长。结果表明,处理植株与单纯施用羊毛脂的对照相比,萌芽率为对照的2倍,枝梢点生长量为其3倍.8周后从植株上采取木质化的插条,以商品生根粉(含0.6%IBA)处理后插于床底有加温的喷雾苗床中.扦插36天和55天后,从 GA_3处理的树体上采取的插条生根率分别达70%和90%,而对照分别只有9%和18%.羊毛脂膏中加入 BA 能增加插条基部的大和愈伤组织的形成,却大大降低了生根率.
Grapefruit hybrid ’Oroblanco’ was grafted on ’Swingle’ grapefruit (Grapefruit) with 0.1% GA_3 lanolin applied to biennial ’Oroblanco’ to promote vigorous growth.
