青龙衣是胡桃的未成熟果实,早在一千二百多年前,唐代《食疗本草》中就有胡桃“通润血脉”的记载,《本草纲目》等历代古籍均记有治“腰脚重痛”、“心腹诸痛”等功效。国内外也有用核桃酒代替阿片酊作为镇痛药的报道。从70年代初开始,黑龙江省中医研究院进行了动物实验及临床疗效观察,取得了满意的效果。高奎滨研究员等经分离提取,确认青龙衣主要镇痛成分为钾盐。钾是人体所含的重要元素,钾也是一种致痛物质。因此钾能镇痛这一新论点,是很有必要进行深入研究的。现将青龙衣无机盐及三种钾盐镇痛作用的药理实验结果报告如下。
Qinglongyi is an immature fruit of walnut. As early as 1,200 years ago, in the “Herb of Materia Medica” of the Tang Dynasty, there was a record of walnut “Tongrun blood”, and ancient books such as the “Compendium of Materia Medica” were recorded as “Luya”. Feet heavy pain, “confidence and pain” and other effects. At home and abroad, walnut wine is also used as an analgesic in place of opioids. Since the early 70s, the Heilongjiang Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine has conducted animal experiments and clinical curative effects, and has achieved satisfactory results. Gao Kuibin, a researcher, was separated and extracted and confirmed that the major analgesic ingredient of Qinglongyi was potassium salt. Potassium is an important element in the human body and potassium is also a pain-causing substance. Therefore, the new argument of potassium analgesia is necessary for in-depth study. The results of the pharmacological experiments on the analgesic effect of inorganic salts of Qinglongyi and the three potassium salts are reported below.
