从这期开始,本刊开辟了一个新栏目——《企业走向市场》。顾名思义,这个栏目就是介绍企业在深化改革,转换经营机制过程中贴近市场、适应市场、开拓市场、占领市场的秘诀和绝招,进一步弄清楚企业和市场的关系。 企业和市场的关系本来是很明白的。在商品经济下,两者同生共存,结伴相随,须臾难离。在产品经济下,两者关系被扭曲了。一段时间内,由于对市场经济姓资姓社的问题,两者关系模糊了,造成市场疲软,大批压库。 现在这些问题已经从理论上和思想上取得共识了。既然社会主义经济是商品经济,企业就是以生产商品为直接目的。而有商品经济就有交换,就有市场,企业生产的商品也只有在市场上才能实现其价值,并通过市场价格波动的信号,及时采取措施,促使自己的经营行为更有效率,以取得最佳效益。因此,企业面对的就不仅仅是商品市场,而且面对要素市场,即包括资金、信息、技术、人才、劳务、房地产等等市场。尤其是大中型企业还面临着如何由商品市场逐步转向要素市场,以及由卖方市场转向买方市场等命题。 由此可见,市场不仅仅是买方和卖方自由交易的场所,而且是一个复杂精密的系统工程。对于企业家来说,市场有时象上帝,有时如魔鬼,有险滩,也有机遇。个中的关节虽然扑朔迷离,但认真探究,仍有成律可循。 下边发表的?
