利用等离子表面合金化技术对纯钛进行渗钼处理,考察了不同温度下表面改性层的成分分布及相结构。利用往复磨损试验机研究改性层的干摩擦磨损性能,分析磨痕形貌,计算磨损率并与基体进行对比。结果表明,改性层由纯钼层和钼扩散层组成,随处理温度升高改性层变厚,但表面磨损率升高。
The pure titanium was infiltrated with molybdenum by plasma surface alloying technology, and the composition distribution and the phase structure of the surface modification layer under different temperatures were investigated. The reciprocating wear tester was used to study the dry friction and wear properties of the modified layer. The wear scar morphology was analyzed and the wear rate was calculated and compared with that of the matrix. The results show that the modified layer is composed of pure molybdenum layer and molybdenum diffusion layer. With the increase of treatment temperature, the modified layer becomes thicker but the surface wear rate increases.
