以不同类型的硅烷偶联剂对自制的介孔分子筛SBA-15进行了改性,研究了改性介孔材料SBA-15对水、甲苯和双环戊二烯(DCPD)/苯乙烯(St)(DCPD/St=9/1,体积比)单体混合液(DS)的吸附和释放性能。研究发现,改性前,SBA-15吸附水和甲苯的量相差不大,而吸附单体混合物量较多;使用硅烷偶联剂改性后,吸附量均下降,但是吸附速率提高,吸附量较小者吸附速度较快。介孔材料对甲苯的释放速率是对水和DS的100倍左右,改性介孔材料提高了对吸附质的释放速率;吸附和释放均符合准二级吸附动力学方程。
The self-made mesoporous molecular sieves SBA-15 were modified with different types of silane coupling agents. The effects of water, toluene, dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) / styrene (St) (DCPD / St = 9/1, volume ratio) monomer mixture (DS) adsorption and release properties. The results showed that the amount of water and toluene adsorbed by SBA-15 was not different, but the amount of monomer mixture was more than that of SBA-15 before modification. The amount of adsorption decreased with the silane coupling agent, but the adsorption rate increased, The smaller one adsorbs faster. The release rate of toluene from mesoporous materials is about 100 times that of water and DS, and the modified mesoporous materials increase the release rate of adsorbate. Both the adsorption and the release are in accordance with the quasi-second-order adsorption kinetics.
