目的:探讨海藻多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、产生IL-1以及海藻多糖对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖作用和细胞因子IFN-γ的影响。方法:将不同浓度的海藻多糖加入体外培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞中,采用中性红法、胸腺增殖法分别检测海藻多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及其产生IL-1;用MTT法检测细胞增殖;酶联免疫法测定脾细胞培养上清IFN-γ的浓度。结果:海藻多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能具有一定的促进作用,并能促进巨噬细胞IL-1的合成,并通过诱生IFN-γ而发挥免疫调节作用。结论:海藻多糖能够增强小鼠巨噬细胞的免疫作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of seaweed polysaccharide on macrophage phagocytosis, production of IL-1 and the effect of seaweed polysaccharide on lymphocyte proliferation and cytokine IFN-γ in mice. Methods: Different concentrations of seaweed polysaccharides were added into mouse peritoneal macrophages cultured in vitro. The phagocytic function and production of IL-1 by algal polysaccharide on peritoneal macrophages were detected by neutral red assay and thymus proliferation assay. The cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. The concentration of IFN-γ in the culture supernatant of spleen cells was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The seaweed polysaccharide could promote phagocytosis of macrophages in mice and promote the synthesis of IL-1 in macrophages and play an immunomodulatory role by inducing IFN-γ. Conclusion: Seaweed polysaccharide can enhance the immune function of mouse macrophages.
