广播电视村村通工作是一项惠及农村千家万户的系统工程,是解决三农问题的具体体现。他的建设直接关系到农村的生产生活,是宣传国家政策方针、传播先进文化、普及科普知识、提高思想道德素质的一项重大举措。本工程是全面建设小康社会、构建社会主议和谐社会的重要课题,特别是在山区农村其意义更为重大。近几年来在市县乡三级的高度重视下,柏果镇的广播电视村村通工程起得明显的成效,但是由于柏果镇地域面积广、农村人口多、各村地理位置差异大、各村经济发展不平衡等客观因素,对村村通工作带来一定的制约,因此还有待进一步的探讨。
