合作学习是指学生为了完成共同的任务,有明确责任分工的互助性学习。作为一种新的学习方式,它在培养学生的合作与创新精神、平等与竞争意识、交往与承受能力、激励主动学习等方面都显现了极大的优势,尤其是实施新的课程改革以来,它在大面积地提高学生的学业成绩,促进学生良好的非认知品质形成等方面收效显著,因而深得广大师生的认可。然而在使用这种学习方式的过程中也存在着这样或那样的问题,有些甚至明显地背离了新课改之初我们倡导合作学习的初衷,下面谈一谈我在使用这种学习方式过程中的一些认识。
