在介绍新型LCL(混合谐振结构)谐振软开关弧焊逆变电源主电路原理的基础上,对这种弧焊电源进行了设计,并对电路中主要参数予以了确定。其内容包括并联电感Lp及变压器初级电容Cp的计算、变压器变比及其最大占空比的确定。根据设计的电源参数,对研制的焊接电源进行试验。试验表明,该电源能够较好地实现软开关。从而证明该设计是合理的、有效的。
On the basis of introducing the principle of the new LCL (Hybrid Resonant Structure) resonant soft-switching arc welding inverter main circuit, this kind of arc welding power source is designed, and the main parameters in the circuit are determined. Its contents include the calculation of parallel inductance Lp and primary capacitance of transformer Cp, transformer ratio and the determination of its maximum duty cycle. According to the design of the power parameters, the development of the welding power supply test. Experiments show that the power supply can achieve better soft-switching.
