随着新医疗体制的完善和市场环境的复杂化,医院的经济管理面临着新的机遇和挑战。要想在医院行业占有一席之地,医院应不断创新经济模式,提高综合实力,进而实现优质、高效、便捷的医院管理目标。本文主要从完善经济管理运营机制、提高医院经济管理信息化水平、全面实现成本核算、强化经济管理人力资源的培养几个方面对医院经济管理的创新实践进行了理性思考。
With the improvement of the new medical system and the complicated market environment, the hospital’s economic management is facing new opportunities and challenges. To occupy a place in the hospital industry, the hospital should continue to innovate its economic model and enhance its comprehensive strength so as to achieve the goal of high-quality, efficient and convenient hospital management. This article mainly makes rational thinking on the innovative practice of hospital economic management from several aspects such as perfecting the economic management and operation mechanism, improving the hospital’s economic management information level, realizing the cost accounting in an all-round way and strengthening the training of economic management human resources.
