本研究以北京市体工队教练员、健康体检者和心肌梗塞患者3组人群为对象,进行营养调查,并对教练员高脂血症的病因及发病过程中环境因素所起的作用进行分析,结果表明:教练员的热能、蛋白质摄入量高,分别超过供给量的16%和20%;动物性蛋白质摄入量占总蛋白的56%。脂肪热比达39.9%,碳水化合物热比为45.9%;肪脂中SFA和MUFA略高,PUFA略低,三者重量比为1:1.16:0.46;胆固醇摄入量平均为563.2mg/日。提示教练员膳食结构不合理,可能是高脂血症发病率高的一个重要影响因素。
In this study, three groups of coaches, health examiners and patients with myocardial infarction in Beijing city sports team were enrolled in the nutrition survey.
