目的:对照观察太极通天液与钙离子拮抗剂防治偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将275例偏头痛患者分为三组,对太极通天液和钙离子拮抗剂以及两药合用防治偏头痛的疗效进行对照。结果:①.钙离子拮抗剂防治偏头痛的疗效与文献报告基本一致;②太极通天液可取得与钙离子拮抗剂相同的疗效;③联合用药显效明显提高。结论:太极通天液是一种有效的偏头痛防治药物;与钙离子拮抗剂合用可提高疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Taiji Tongtian Liquid and calcium antagonist in preventing and treating migraine. Methods: 275 migraine patients were divided into three groups, the Tai Chi Tongtian solution and calcium antagonists and two drugs for the prevention and treatment of migraine curative effect were compared. Results: ①. The efficacy of calcium antagonists in prevention and treatment of migraine is basically the same as that reported in the literature; ②Taiji Tongtian Liquid can achieve the same effect as calcium antagonists; ③ The combination therapy markedly improved. Conclusion: Tai Chi Tongtian solution is an effective migraine prevention and treatment drugs; combined with calcium antagonists can improve the curative effect.
