在对煤矿综放工作面后部刮板输送机现用拉移装置使用效果和结构分析的基础上,提出一种新型拉移装置,使拉移装置拉移点和放顶煤液压支架后置拉移点的相对位置可根据工作面地势条件相应调节,有效防止后部中部槽在拉槽过程中飘槽和啃底现象。通过三维软件Solidworks对改进结构实体建模后,使用Solidworks/Simulation插件对改进结构受力情况进行了仿真验证,为后部拉移装置结构的改进提供了必要的仿真实验支持。
Based on the analysis of the effect and structure analysis of the current pulling device of the scraper conveyor in the rear part of the fully mechanized caving mining face in coal mine, a new type of pulling device is proposed, which makes the pulling device pull point and the top coal caving hydraulic support rear The relative position of the pull-off point can be adjusted according to the terrain condition of the working face so as to effectively prevent the rear central groove from drifting and gnawing at the middle of the pull groove. After modeling the improved structural entity by using Solidworks software, the simulation of structural stress was done by using Solidworks / Simulation plug-in, which provided the necessary simulation support for the improvement of the structure of the rear pull device.
