2010年4月10日,备受瞩目的位于工体和三里屯之间的高端综合体项目世茂·工三开盘,推出甲级精装写字楼1号楼,可售写字楼面积2.6万平方米。开盘当日,吸引了大量投资者和知名企业到场,1小时之内签约额就突破了8亿,更有某高端人士一掷4.5亿,整购4层。这也是继去年6月世茂·工三2号独栋写字楼被某国内大型集团以3亿整购,刷新北京写字楼成交单价新高之后的又一佳绩,一时之间引起了业内的高度关注。世茂·工三能够取得如此佳绩,一方面,是投资者对此项目品质的高度认可,另一方面,也受着多方面更深层次原因的影响。
