随着建筑行业和建筑技术的不断发展,高层建筑结构的抗震性能设计要求也有所提高,未来建筑物的发展趋向于建筑物自身的经济价值和抗震性能要求的共同进步。本文以钢混凝土框架—钢筋混凝土筒体结构建筑物为研究对象,研究了结构抗震性能目标和结构设计的主要影响因素,取得了较好的设计效果,本文的研究为今后此类工程项目抗震性能设计提供一定参考。
