通过对吉林省洮南市小型农田水利工程建设的调查,指出洮南市在农田水利建设和治理方面存在的一些问题,针对这些问题具体提出了一些有关加强水利工程建设和治理的意见和建议,并提出了针对工程项目的后期维护、治理的一些具体措施。
Through the investigation of the construction of small farmland water conservancy projects in Taonan City, Jilin Province, some problems existing in farmland water conservancy construction and harnessing in Taonan City are pointed out. Suggestions and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction and management of water conservancy projects are proposed specifically for these problems. And put forward some specific measures for the post-maintenance and management of the project.
