给出了实现气体辅助注射成型CAE技术的理论方法和重要算法过程 ,研究了气辅注射成型过程中由气辅注塑件CAD模型向其CAE模型转换、保证几何模型的无缝传递和数据完备性的过程和方法。结果表明 ,这一技术可以为气体辅助注射成型模拟构造复杂的几何分析模型 ,得到高质量的单元网格和求解精度。
The theoretical method and important algorithm process of gas-assisted injection molding (CAE) technology are given. The conversion of gas-assisted injection molding CAD model to CAE model is studied in the process of gas-assisted injection molding to ensure the seamless transfer of geometric model and data completeness The process and method.
