在班级管理中,我坚持“勤与懒、细与粗、巧与拙、软与硬”的辩证法则,与学生度过了一个又一个快乐的学年。一、勤与懒“勤”是指嘴勤、腿勤、手勤、耳勤、脑勤。每天早晨走进教室,我先要查看学生有没有到齐。每天做操时,有学生动作不到位,我会用目光暗示其认真点儿,学生感受到老师对他的关心和爱护。
