目的观察ATP生物荧光法评价医疗器械清洗效果及影响因素。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,评价医疗器械清洗效果,同时与目测法作比较。结果按照本研究清洗程序清洗后的240件医疗器械肉眼裸视法检测合格率98.8%,放大镜观察法检测合格率82.1%;ATP生物荧光法检测结果显示,不同清洗方法、不同存放时间的医疗器械清洗后所测定的RLU对数值之间有显著统计学意义(P≤0.001)。多元线性回归分析发现,ATP荧光法检测值(RLU)的对数值与清洗方法、存放时间呈正线性相关(P<0.001),回归模型显著(F=22.38,P<0.001),但校正R2为0.20,拟合优度一般。结论该医院医疗器械肉眼裸视法及放大镜观察法合格率较高,清洗方法、存放时间可影响医疗器械清洗效果,ATP荧光检测法检测结果与肉眼观察法差异较大。
Objective To observe the effect and influencing factors of medical instrument cleaning by ATP biofluorescence. Methods ATP biofluorescence method was used to evaluate the cleaning effect of medical devices and compared with the visual method. Results According to the cleaning procedure of this study, 240 pieces of naked eye test of medical devices with a naked eye test of 98.8% and magnifying glass test of 82.1% showed satisfactory results. The results of ATP biofluorescence test showed that the medical devices with different cleaning methods and different storage time The RLU logarithm measured after washing was statistically significant (P≤0.001). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the logarithmic value of RLU was positively correlated with the cleaning method and storage time (P <0.001), and the regression model was significant (F = 22.38, P <0.001), but the corrected R2 was 0.20 , Goodness of fit in general. Conclusion The naked eye method and the magnifying glass observation method of the hospital medical devices have a high pass rate. The cleaning method and storage time can affect the cleaning effect of the medical devices. The difference between the ATP fluorescence detection method and the macroscopic observation method is quite large.
