每年流行性感冒(简称流感)流行季节,各医院急诊科和呼吸内科门诊是接诊流感患者的最主要科室,而临床症状重的患者和高危人群则主要在急诊科首诊。 我国的《流行性感冒临床诊断和治疗指南(草案)》正式公布于2002年第2期《中华结核和呼吸杂志》,流感相关科室绝大多数临床医生对其中有关的定义、流行病学、诊断和治疗等方面的内容已经相当熟悉,不再复述。现主要就急诊科流感疑似病例,尤其其中的高危人群的临床诊断和治疗谈一些体会。
