国有企业档案是国家档案资源的重要组成部分,在印证国家历史、捍卫国家利益、促进经济社会发展方面具有不可替代的作用。近年来,一些国有企业改为股份、民营性质,部分企业破产。在国有企业改制过程中,合理确定企业原有档案的归属与流向,确保档案完好无损,关系到国有资产和国家档案的安全问题。
State-owned enterprise archives are an important part of national archival resources and play an irreplaceable role in confirming the history of the country, safeguarding the interests of the country and promoting economic and social development. In recent years, some state-owned enterprises have switched to shares, the nature of private ownership and the bankruptcy of some enterprises. In the course of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, the ownership and flow of the original archives of the enterprises should be rationally determined so as to ensure the integrity of the archives and the security of state-owned assets and national archives.
