城市化进程的加快,催生了城市管理中职能的重新定位,社区管理成为其中最重要的组成部分。这其中,志愿者服务及管理已经日益成为关系社区管理成败的关键因素之一。本文以太原高校青年志愿者参与社区服务为研究对象,分析了当前社区服务中存在的一些问题,并从社区志愿服务长远发展的角度,提出了必须积极营造良好的社区志愿发展环境,健全志愿服务机制,志愿者重视自我完善和发展等一些方法。
The acceleration of urbanization has given birth to the repositioning of functions in urban management, and community management has become the most important part of it. Among these, volunteer service and management have increasingly become one of the key factors affecting the success or failure of community management. This article takes Taiyuan young volunteers’ participation in community service as the research object, analyzes some existing problems in the current community service, and from the perspective of the long-term development of community volunteer service, puts forward that we must actively create a good community volunteer development environment and perfect volunteer service Mechanisms, volunteers attach importance to self-improvement and development and some other methods.
