硬脂酰酪氨酸(ST)是一种稳定的低分子量物质。其免疫刺激性很小,是一种缓慢释放的不溶性载体,是铝佐剂的有机取代物。 作者用6周龄雌性Balb/c或杂系cFl小鼠,以重组乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg),破伤风类毒素(TT),白喉类毒素,A群脑膜炎球菌多糖与TT的复合物(GAMP-TT),人 类免疫缺陷症病毒(HIV)多肽以及三价脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗等为抗原,对ST及其酯类似物进行了佐剂效果的观察(免疫程序为0、21天免疫、14、35和62天采血检测抗体)。 结果发现,在HBsAg组,ST及其酯类似物在初次免疫后14天所产生的抗体应答都高于铝,其中硬脂酰羟苯基甘氨酸和硬脂酰甘氨酰甘氨酸又明显高于ST。抗体应答同型分析表明,与铝一样,IgGl的增加最为明显,
